With a mix of online and in person courses, people over the age of 18 can take undertake training in

• START (Suicide Prevention Skills Online)
• SafeTALK (Suicide Alertness for Everyone)
• ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and
• Understanding Self Harm
