Congratulations to Cillian McDonald (Tinahely) who was announced as Captain of the Wicklow Minor Football Team for 2019. Cillian will be ably assisted by Sam Kearney (Bray Emmets) and Joe Prendergast (Eire Óg Greystones), joint vice-captains for 2019.
