The launch of the Pettitt’s Minor Football Championship took place recently in Glendalough.

The Minor A/B are divided into two groups.
Group 1: AGB, St. Patrick’s, Éire Óg Greystones, Bray Emmets, Blessington & Rathnew

Group 2: St. Kevin’s, An Tóchar, St. Nicholas, Michael Hogan’s, Tomnafinnoge & Annacurra

The top 3 in each group will play in U17A.
This will involve these 6 teams playing another full round robin on the following dates: August 28th, September 11th, September 23rd, October 1st and October 8th.
The top two from this round robin will qualify for the A Final

The bottom 3 in each group will play in U17B.
This will involve these 6 teams playing another full round robin on the following dates: August 28th, September 11th, September 23rd, October 1st and October 8th.
The top two from this round robin will qualify for the B Final.

The U17 C & D all play each other with the top four playing in the C semi-finals and teams 5-8 playing in the D semi-finals.

Teams: Aughrim, Kilcoole, Carnew Emmets, Michael Dwyers, Pearse Gaels, Blessington 2, Baltinglass, Clann na Gael, AGB 2 & Tomnafinnoge 2.
