Wicklow GAA is delighted to assist in hosting LivingWorks safeTALK Suicide Prevention Training for everyone in County Wicklow.
LivingWorks safeTALK Suicide Prevention Training empowers people in only 3 ½ hours to learn and practice powerful, life-saving skills.
With over 120,000 people attending each year, LivingWorks safeTALK is the world’s fastest-growing suicide prevention training. Using the simple yet effective LivingWorks safeTALK model, individuals who complete the course can be empowered to make a difference and potentially save a life from suicide.
While LivingWorks safeTALK Suicide Prevention Training is being hosted by Wicklow GAA it is open to everyone in County Wicklow, not just members of the GAA family, to attend.
This LivingWorks safeTALK Suicide Prevention Training is FREE to attend and fully funded by the HSE National Office for Suicide Prevention. Meaning anyone from ANY sporting organisation, community organisation, commercial organisation or individuals wishing to help people within County Wicklow can take part in the training.
