Scór na nÓg 2024

Éire Óg Greystones will host Scór na nÓg this year on Friday October 18th. The always much-anticipated event will be held in Templecarrig School. The event has been held the last two years by Blessington GAA and will now move to the club in the north of the county who were crowned Roinn I football champions in June.

Scór has grown hugely in the Éire Óg club in recent years with great work being done by their Oifigeach Gaeilge & Cultúir, Seosamh Ó Dálaigh. In the recent Scór Sinsear competition, Éire Óg had entries in solo-singing, ceol uirlise and rince seit with the set dancers making it all the way to the Leinster Final for the second year in a row.

This year, it is also hoped that clubs or clusters of clubs, organise a mini-Scór in the weeks leading up to the county final on October 18th. This non-competitive event will allow participants to showcase their talent in their local area before performing on the big night in Greystones!

The 2024 entry form can be downloaded at the link below.
