What is the aim of the Wicklow GAA Health & Wellbeing Boards?

To raise awareness of the mental health and wellbeing supports available to everyone within County Wicklow.

  • Provide contact details for the 24/7 national crisis helplines on the boards

  • Provide information of the two Wicklow HSE Districts, ‘Numbers When You Need Them’ support services.

  • Promote awareness of the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’, which are evidence-based actions that we can be included into our everyday lives to improve our wellbeing.

What this webpage is not!

Wicklow GAA Health and Wellbeing Committee, Wicklow GAA Healthy Clubs, Wicklow GAA, and the GAA itself are not providing actual services for people in need. People in need require trained professionals who can help the individuals in need.
