Wicklow GAA are delighted to announce that Davy Burke has been ratified as the new Wicklow Senior Football Manager on a three-year term at tonight’s County Board meeting. 

Davy led Kildare to Leinster and All Ireland U20 success in 2018.  Currently the Sarsfields Senior Football Manager, Davy also coached the Maynooth Sigerson team over the past twelve months.  Prior to that, Davy led his home club Confey to their first-ever Senior League Division One title and their first Senior Championship Semi-Final and was Dublin Senior Ladies Coach in the 2014 & 2015 seasons.

Davy will confirm his selectors and the remainder of his back-room team in the coming days. 

Martin Fitzgerald, Wicklow GAA Co. Chairman, has welcomed the appointment and wished Davy the very best in the role.
