Our WH Scott Lifting Wicklow GAA Race Day takes place in Punchestown on Saturday 4th May.

This fundraising event is a crucial part of our overall commercial strategy for the year, and it’s success will benefit all facets of Wicklow GAA.

Over the past number of months Wicklow GAA has invested in improvement works in Aughrim (goalmouth works, dugout improvements and pitch work) and in Ballinakill. In the coming year we hope to continue this investment in developing our grounds and facilities. All players in Wicklow should be playing on the best pitches and training in the best facilities that we can provide.

We are also developing further our structures around our Academy Squads, with particular focus on growing participant numbers in our Hurling squads. Our ongoing investment in this area is having positive, tangible effects – providing solid structures for our players must be central to any future strategy.
